Brecon & Radnor Beekeepers Open Day

I was lucky enough to be invited along to Brecon & Radnor Beekeepers Open Day at Cefndyrys, Builth Wells on Saturday 24th July.

We were very fortunate to have a tour of the honey production apiary at Cefndyrys; I even managed to get Mum in a bee suit!

It was a thoroughly interesting afternoon where we were taken to the mid-Wales apiary and given a hands on demonstration of the hives.

All of the new beekeepers and prospective beekeepers were very keen to learn; it was lovely to see so many keen youngsters wishing to learn more about beekeeping.

A big thank you from the mid Wales bee feed family!
